Opting out:

CalOPPA is the first state law in the nation to require commercial websites and online services to post a privacy policy. How does our site handle Do Not Track signals?

We cannot completily honor the Do Not Track signal on our website. It is required to avoid Cross Site Request Forgeries (CSRF), and to track down whether you agree with our privacy policy or not. Additionally, some functionalities (for example, Google's reCaptcha) require additional cookies that we do not control.

However, we understand that privacy is an important issue, so we honour the spirit of Do Not Track by filtering out any non-essential cookie on our website (i.e. Google Analytics) when the user specifies as such on their browser.
