Description This report from the UN Permanent Forum on Indigenous Issues, emerged in response to a 2011 decision to monitor the progress of Nations implementing UNDRIP within their respective constitutions. The Constitutions of many countries worldwide are examined, to determine the extent to which they have implemented the rights of Indigenous people to self-determination, representative decision-making, and withholding consent.
